Additional information for the weekend.
We have decided that we do not wish to allow pupils to take mobile phones with them on the weekend. We will use our text2parents system to send messages to you at times during the weekend. We also have a list of your emergency contact numbers should we need to contact you. The contact number for the Abernant Hotel is listed in the handout I distributed to pupils earlier this term. These details will be posted on the school blog.
We would also ask pupils not to bring iPods, mp3 players or any other electronic devise such games machines as the staff cannot be held responsible for them and we would wish you to respect our request to avoid any
Please can we remember that we set a limit of £5.00 spending money for the weekend and that this needs to be in change.
As the weather will be very hot can I ask you to provide your child with a hat and sunscrean to avoid sunburn.
I hope that this clarifies some points for you and I am confident that the pupils will enjoy the experience.
