Drayton Manor Park Summer Trip

Due to the success and positive feedback received from parents last year we have decided to run another whole school summer trip to Drayton Manor / Thomas Land.
We have provisionally booked four 70 seater luxury coaches for Friday 22nd June 2012. Parental feedback from last year's trip requested this.
The cost of the trip is estimated to be no more than £20 per child and £25 per adult. This price will be revised when we know exact numbers.
Primarily the trip will be open to all pupils in the school. Infant children must be accompanied by an adult. Adults can also accompany children from Year 3 if they wish. All junior children will be supervised in small groups by a member of staff. Babies or younger children from the ages of 0-2years will have free entry to the park but will be required to pay for the bus.
Similar to last year if there are places still available then these will be offered at a' first come first served' basis to family and friends of all pupils.
If you would like to secure your place please could you fill in the form sent home by pupil post and return with a non refundable £5 deposit for each person by Friday 2nd March. We will then require further payments to be paid by certain dates when the prices have been confirmed.

Pupils achieve targets and put their goals in the back of the net

Great news! Four pupils from Dosbarth 5 have reached their goal and are placeing their target on a football which is now being placed in the Gelli Goal. Alfie, Lowri, Katie and Ieuan have all achieved an improvement in handwriting, Mr Jones, the head teacher, gave them a special white house point for this achievement. Da iawn blant. Well done.
