Our Money and slip Post Box

There have been a few instances where dinner money, trip payments, permission slips and other items designated for delivery to school has been misplaced by pupils. We have devised a system where we have placed a post box in the hall in order that these items can be placed by parents, especially those of our youngest pupils, in order that we know they have been delivered to school safely. Please can we ask you to put any money in an envelope with your child's name, class amount and purpose so it can be safely collected by Mrs Thomas once the pupils have gone to class. We hope that this will eliminate any issues regarding mislaying money and other items.

Parents meetings this week

Letters were distributed confirming the times of appointments made for parents to meet with staff to discuss progress this week. You should have made an appointment by either contacting the school office (JUNIORS) or signing the appointment sheets (FOUNDATION PHASE). Letters were delivered by pupil post on Friday.

Back to School 2015

School will be closed for pupils on Monday 5th January 2015. The staff will be engaged in INSERVICE training that day.


School reopens after the Christmas and New Year break on TUESDAY 6th January 2015. Breakfast Club opens as usual at 8.00 a.m.


There will be ONE remaining INSET day on Monday 20th July 2015. This is an LA designated closure day.

The half term holiday this year will be from Monday 16th to Friday 20th February. School reopens on Monday 23rd February. The Easter holidays begin on Friday 27th March. Term dates for the remainder of 2015 and 2016 can be found on the school website by following this link.
